Each cup should only be filled a little more than halfway.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Decorate with hemp crunchies as desired.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180\u00b0 C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
