Green spelt is the half-ripened grain of spelt. Ideally, soak the grain in water for at least 1 hour before preparation, then pour off the water and boil the green spelt with fresh water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the dressing, finely chop the mint and mix with the lemon juice, olive oil, hemp puree, salt and pepper. Season the dressing to taste. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the green spelt is ready, mix it with the chickpeas, pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds. Now just mix the salad well with the dressing and enjoy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Of course, you can jazz up your salad with your favourite vegetables and add delicious toppings, such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hempions.com\/p\/crunchies-paket\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hemp Crunchies<\/a><\/strong> sprinkle on top.
