Form the dough into a 3-4 cm thick roll, cut approx. 1 cm thick dumplings from it one by one and put them into the water.<\/li>\n<li>After about 5 minutes, skim the dumplings with a perforated sieve, let them drain a little and fry them briefly with butter in a pot.
