Ersetze dazu die gemahlenen Mandeln im Rezept mit einer 50:50 Hanfsamen-Mandelmischung. Die Mandeln und <a href=\"\/ch\/p\/hanfsamen-geschaelt\/\"><strong>gesch\u00e4lten Hanfsamen<\/strong><\/a> zerkleinerst du daf\u00fcr idealerweise in einem Food-Processor.<\/p>\n<p>Den Hempions
